Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date you receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped; delivery is estimated within 10-20 days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Shipping

We offer free local shipping for orders over $200.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to destinations worldwide. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in our system.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at service@skandivita.com. Please include your name and order number in your message, and we will investigate the matter on your behalf.

Tracking information is sent manually or, if the shipping label was purchased through Shopify, it will be sent directly by the Shopify system.
